Spare parts can be manufactured in different material qualities and versions depending on design or individual case. A final function and leakage test is performed and recorded with every device. Certainly, we can conduct part services such as piston rod replacement and cylinder tube honing individually. Our range of services is round up by batch production according to design or drawing and additionally by the sale of accessories.

Special services   Pad Electroplating This process enables the repair of scores, impact marks or pores on the piston rod surface with the help of a partial repair coating. With this coating made of nickel, copper and cobalt, a wear-free surface is created. A surrounding temperature of min. 20° C is the only requirement for the application of this process.   Thermal Spray Coating This process can be used for recoating of worn parts as well as for new coatings. When used as new coating, it works as alternative to built-up chrome with a max. layer of 3 mm thickness. max. outside diameter of 1m o at a max. length of 6m inside diameter of 220 mm to 500 mm o at a max. length of 500 mm

Honing This process is used for the rework of worn seal running surfaces of cylinder tubes. The functionality of the seal running surface can be restored as alternative to the new fabrication of a cylinder tube. diameter of 25 mm to 580 mm length in handling to 4m   Repair Chroming With this process the piston rod surface is restored. For this, the surface is pre-ground down to damage depth and afterwards a new chrome layer with a maximum thickness of 500 µm is added by electroplating. Finally, this chrome layer is finished according to diameter tolerance and required surface roughness.
