The technical design is mostly determined by the task of the plant and the operating conditions. We accompany the entire life cycle of your plant- from the idea to processing the task, the set-up, the commissioning and finally to decommissioning. With you as a partner, we process a solution that is technically and energetically viable for the task. During project planning we create a 3D model on which, upon request, FEM analysis can be made.

We deliver all over the world and also within regions with difficult climatic surroundings. There is no limit to the tank size, although it is influenced by transport and placement conditions- up to now a tank capacity of 2000 l was produced. According to use, the implementation is possible in open or closed circuit, whereas the closed circuit can be reasonably used in test benches. Piping can be done with different systems, preferably with EO2 or EO2-FORM. During assembly, all pipes are cleaned with jet cleaner and if required the complete piping system is rinsed in the process of commissioning. Simple as well as complex custom-made control blocks can be implemented- a PLC can be built in on request. You can choose from the entire range of RAL colours for your choice of colouring. You receive a plant-specific documentation according to machine guidelines. This comprises operating manual, assembly manual, as well as technical documents- the revised hydraulic circuit plan, the parts list, data sheets and the commissioning protocol.
